We are looking for an Esports Specialist with experience in a sports trading environment and a strong knowledge of esports. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and develop daily, weekly, and monthly esports reports as requested by management.
• Expand and enhance the esports offering.
• Adjust and monitor esports odds and lines in alignment with Gamdom’s daily strategy and promotional activities.
• Ensure optimal price positioning for esports markets.
• Monitor the esports ticker, making quick adjustments to user categories, event limits, and preventing potential abuses.
• Categorize users based on esports activity and integrate this data with non-esports behavior for a comprehensive player profile.
• Support CRM initiatives by suggesting targeted promotions and campaigns for esports players.
• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on site functionalities.
• Review feed translations, add events, update content titles, and provide relevant notes.
• Monitor websites, forums, social media, and internal communications to support operational needs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and irregular hours.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within an esports trading team.
• Strong knowledge of esports and trading markets.
• General knowledge of sports and betting industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
